Design & Engineering

Our team of certified engineering professionals usually begins consulting on future developments long before ground is broken. By working with engineers and developers from the early stages of a project, we find ways to build efficiencies and timesaving into developments.

Earthworks & Excavations

Heavy civil earth moving, whether for residential, commercial or industrial construction. Prepping the ground for pipe installation, or laying the groundwork for road or building development, we really clean up in the earthworks department. Simply put, no one else has the same muscle as we do when it comes to rolling out development, especially on a large scale in virgin territory.

Installation & Servicing

We are the established leaders in the field of installing sewers and watermains and any other associated facilities. With more equipment and many years of experience we can take on projects of any magnitude. From massive 3-meter diameter storm sewers to 100 millimeter house drains, we have done it all. Box culverts, Con Span bridges, water pipelines, sewage forcemains pumping stations are all commonplace to us.

Maintenance & Upkeep

We stand by our workmanship because we know we build things right the first time. We work closely with inspectors to ensure that all projects are completed properly and expeditiously and built to last. This approach has enabled us to build a long-term rapport with clients and municipalities and a reputation for trustworthiness.

Environmental Considerations

We take the environment seriously. How much greenery can be preserved or created is a consideration in almost every community. The Con-Drain methodology aims to preserve the trees that give us the air we breathe. The equipment used to service Con-Drain sites is well maintained on a regular basis to minimize waste oil or gas.

Con-Drains procedures include provisions for dealing with environmental damage due to spills. By following preset procedures environmental damage can be minimized or completely eliminated.

Years of experience have allowed us to develop expertise in working in environmentally sensitive areas. River crossings, wetlands, siltation control and tree preservation are all familiar to us.
