Springdale
Springdale is the fastest growing community in Metro Toronto, located in the Northern Section of Brampton, where over 11,000 families already call Springdale home. Bordered by Bovaird Drive, Airport Road, Countryside Drive & Heart Lake Road, Springdale will eventually be home to almost 75,000 people living in roughly 22,000 new residential units by the time the community is completed in approximately 15 years. One of the many quality features attributed to Springdale is that it is a "pre-planned" community.
As one of the principals in Springdale, Con-Drain has been involved in the planning and implementation of this community since its inception. The development of Springdale is managed by Con-Drain's subsidiary, Metrus Development. Con-Drain has also been the servicing contractor directly responsible for the installation of all of the grading, underground services and roads for the project. In addition, Con-Drain has completed a number of capital works projects for the Region of Peel, improving existing infrastructure throughout the area.
Construction started in 1991 and has been proceeding according to the development schedule ever since. All projects have been completed in a timely manner.
The value of the work completed to date by Con-Drain is in excess of $100 million.
