The core of Con-Drain's business has been the servicing of land development projects - subdivisions.

Con-Drain has been continuously involved in all facets of the land development industry since the 1950's and brings the wealth of experience it has garnered from this long association to every new project.

Because of its involvement as an owner and developer as well as being a contractor, Con-Drain's team of professionals has a full understanding of all of the requirements of each project and can provide valuable assistance to an owner.

Over the years Con-Drain has introduced many innovations that have become standards for the industry such as sewers in dual trench and two stage curbs. Con-Drain was one of the first contractors to replace its cable backhoes with hydraulic equipment and more recently, in conjunction with ARVA Industries, has pioneered the conversion of its older Cat 235 and 245 backhoes into hydraulic cranes.

Although Con-Drain established its reputation servicing "greenfields" in the suburbs we are equally at home downtown. Con-Drain's involvement in the Greenwood development and other redevelopment in the heart of Toronto have allowed us to bring our servicing expertise to these areas.
