Municipal Capital Works

Con-Drain has a long history of successful capital works projects.

These projects differ from our land development projects only in that they are usually carried out for municipal clients and are awarded through the public tendering system. They benefit from the same attention to detail that is applied to our privately owned projects.

One common element encountered on Capital Works projects is that they are often located in developed areas where it is necessary to accommodate neighbours during construction.

Smith a retired engineer and resident adjoining a project in Mississauga where a 2100 mm diameter watermain was installed 9 metres deep through an existing residential street.
